Since 2019 we started another endeavour called @icewomen_community, a non for profit, inspired by ICEMAN Wim Hof, to promote cold benefits for all women around the world. 

​

We have now grown into a Global Community of Women sharing the love for nature and wild water swimming all around the world. You can find us via FB (operative since 2019) and Instagram (operative since 2020).
