Poland Travel - Wim Hof Method Travel - January 17-22
The ultimate complete Poland Travel, in the place where the Method has been scientifically born. We will travel to the Nature Reserve that is Przesieka, and dive into the Wim Hof Method through cold immersions in pristine cold nature water, the surrounding of a loving tight-nit community, going back to the basics, deep breathing sessions and community reflections.
